Kimberly has spent several years developing her professional skills to help businesses and nonprofits to develop strategies and secure grant funding sources through grant writing, leadership and board development, and individualized and group consultations to help them pursue and obtain their business mission and maximize their goals.

 

Kimberly has several years of experience aiding and supporting young teens and women who are single, pregnant and parenting get through the challenges of life as a young single parent, while encouraging them to still dream and go through life processes and experiences necessary for them to build strong, stable lives for themselves and their children, while avoiding the temptations to make premature choices that advances them too quickly through life. Through her self-designed 8-part
series curriculum and train-the-trainer mentoring program called Seasons of Change, she is building self-esteem in young single and adult women and equipping them to make informed life choices.

 

Through her own experience and knowledge of how life responsibilities and challenges that come with relationships, marriage, motherhood/parenthood, and a career can pull a person from recognizing or remembering their own true original self, Kimberly has developed a community platform called “Be YOU” that allows for mature conversations on uncovering the true shine of your inner diamond qualities and stresses the importance being your original unique YOU!

 

Kimberly applies her time, skills, and experience speaking to groups and motivating individuals both personally and professionally through her own various platforms and by going where the need is for change and encouragement.
